- Additional cost will apply for pick up at lodges out of Kasane town or Kasane Airport (BBK).

- Visa fees are not included in any of our rates. The clients Visa requirement if applicable must be purchased in advance.

- Transfers can be shared with other guests. Private Transfers fee applicable.

- Monkey Trails and partner suppliers will not be held responsible for clients who miss their flight due to a transfer time change that they have requested, however we will of course advise clients accordingly if we feel they are not giving themselves enough time to check in. Please make your clients aware of this.

- Guests booked on scheduled transfers may have to wait for other guests on the same transfer to clear immigration formalities. If you should wish to avoid any wait time you can book one of our private transfers.

Minors can’t travel alone.

PickUp/DropOff from Kasane can be arranged at the lodge where you are accommodated.
