Requirements

Child Policy
Children below the age of 2 years are classed as infants and are accepted free of charge.

Children from the age of 2 to under the age of 12 years pay 50% of the adult rate.

Children from the age of 12 years and above pay full adult rate.

Note all children must be accompanied by an adult (i.e. a person of 18 years of age or older) and remain the responsibility of the same accompanying adult/s for the duration of the activity/transfer.

Arrangements

– Price per person. Minimum 2 people. Enquire for single person transfer.

– Additional cost will apply for pickUp/DropOff at lodges out of town or Airports.

– Visa fees are not included in any of our rates. The clients Visa requirement if applicable must be purchased in advance.

– Transfers can be shared with other guests. Private Transfers fee applicable.

– Monkey Trails and partner suppliers will not be held responsible for clients who miss their flight due to a transfer time change that they have requested, however we will of course advise clients accordingly if we feel they are not giving themselves enough time to check in.

– Guests booked on scheduled transfers may have to wait for other guests on the same transfer to clear immigration formalities. If you should wish to avoid any wait time you can book one of our private transfers.

Meeting Point

PickUp/DropOff from Kwando/Kongola area to Victoria Falls (ZIM) or Livingstone (ZAM), can be arranged at the lodge where you are accommodated or main Airports.

Additional cost will apply for pick up at lodges out of town.
